How I lost 7 kilos within 3 months
This is based on my own experience. I lost 7 kilos in 3 months following this diet. I lost a lot of fat especially around my stomach and got fit.
But I will simplify the answer for those who want to lose weight and belly fat.
However, in order to gain muscle, you will need to hit the gym and use cardio exercises to do heavy lifting every day after your workout session.
So let's get started:
- Drink 2 glasses of water on an empty stomach in the morning. (if possible boiled water and lemon juice)
- Practice meditation for at least four minutes early in the morning
- Eat hearty, tasty meals that will keep you full until mid-afternoon, so you don't have unhealthy cravings between meals.
- Eat only fruit between meals, ie between breakfast and lunch, then between lunch and dinner
- Eat 3 meals before going to bed
- Drink a glass of water 15 minutes before your meals and during meals You can drink a glass of water sip by sip between each meal, but do not drink water after eating completely.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day
- Exercise every day for "at least" 5 days a week

The best form of exercise for weight loss. Do this exercise for 21 days and see the difference: you will need a food grinder.
Total time 20 minutes, rotation. 4 sets of 4 minutes each with a 1 minute break between each set. Start by walking at a fast pace, say 5 km per hour on the treadmill for 3 minutes, and in the fourth minute, run at a high speed, you can say 8-9 km per hour.
Once you have completed this 4-minute routine, take a one-minute break. After a 1-minute rest, start walking 4 minutes briskly and running again. Do this four times. You will notice from the first day that you run more and you will notice the difference.
Make sure you follow this for 21 days. After 21 days, it will become a habit and you will follow this warning life immediately.

Ideally, you should drink water 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after a meal.
However, during meals, a person may feel the need to drink water to make the food taste better or to help with swallowing. In this case, one should not drink more than 1 glass of water when eating a heavy meal, and 1 glass of water should last the entire duration of the meal. Therefore, you should drink a glass of water at a time while eating as needed.
The reason why one should not drink too much water while eating is for a few reasons. Firstly, the digestive juices in the stomach are diluted, secondly it can cause acidity, thirdly it can cause bloating which can lead to abdominal pain.
